Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same original condition as received.
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and protective materials.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you received the item.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened ink bottles, used pen nibs, or personalized/customized items (e.g., engraved pens, monogrammed journals) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Digital downloads or software.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will guide you through the process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Please do not ship items back without an RMA number, as we may not be able to process your refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider's policies, but it typically takes 5-10 business days after processing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing your stationery treasures. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
