Shipping & Delivery

At Mimocho, we are dedicated to delivering your carefully selected writing instruments, journals, art supplies, and desk accessories to you securely and efficiently. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Method & Destinations

We currently offer Standard Shipping to most international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items.

Please Note: We do not offer free shipping promotions at this time. All shipping costs will be displayed and charged during the checkout process.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are as follows:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days after shipment.
  • International: 10-25 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are possible and beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Mimocho is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please email us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the local customs authority upon delivery. Mimocho has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance if possible and notify the carrier immediately. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date for assistance.
